PUBLIC INTERVENTION

In this project, the challenge was to create a public space intervention, and I decided to make a social critique about the excessive use of mobiles. I design illustrations of people in different activities, yet always with their eyes glued to their screens, reflecting the addiction to technology.
I chose “Sete Rios” a busy transportation hub where people often bury themselves in their mobiles, instead of reading a book or simply relaxing. My goal was to encourage people to reconsider how they spend their time.
